A leading online organization targeting the financial services community is looking for an Interactive Project Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing and executing web-based marketing and creative programs and projects.
Job Description:
OBJECTIVE:
Leadership: serve as the linchpin bridge between the multiple teams in planning, building, and managing project requests.
Management: communicate to all sides clearly as to plan, objectives, schedules, timeline, who is responsible for what portions and when, and clear identification and communication of next steps.
Responsibility: be a projects point of connectivity. Ensure all members of the project team (and stakeholders where applicable) are fully apprised as to project status and required next steps, as well as personally ensure that all key documentation (instructional or archival) is developed and stored.
Accountability: be responsible for the successful execution of the project, including keeping all documentation organized and up-to-date.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Writing Project Scope Documents.
Insure all departments are aware, represented, and have signed off on project plans.
Scheduling and proper execution of project.
Insuring all assets are gathered, approved, and accurate for execution.
Manage team expectations.
Using companys technology tools to maintain projects, as well as lead team members by training, encouraging usage, and setting standards for process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Work Experience:
BA/BS from an accredited institution.
5+ years of experience in a web or interactive marketing environment.
Mandatory Skills - must have a surplus of, or able to demonstrate an expertise in, the following:
Knowledge of business and process.
Initiative.
Sound judgment.
Reliability.
Confidentiality.
Organizational skills.
Impeccable attention to details.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to operate under pressure.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be accountable for delivering high-level and proactive service. (For example: Provision to all issue stakeholders of clear response and regular update as to how and when an issue will be resolved).
The person in this role must possess solid communication skills, both oral and written; be capable of clear, concise, and precise articulation of technical problems and solutions; and communicate information timely and effectively.
Necessary Skills will need solid skills in the following:
Ability to work without steady supervision.
Familiarity with principles behind XML, JavaScript, CSS, and other web languages.
Flexibility in working hours as needed.
