We are seeking Territory Sales Consultants to work from their virtual home office! This position will require someone that is ready, willing and able to constantly look for ways to EXCEED sales goals and add to the enthusiasm and excitement to our growing national sales force. As a Territory Sales Consultant for 10millionjobs.com, you will consult with businesses, staffing firms, and recruiters in a defined territory to identify their recruiting and staffing needs and demonstrate how search engine marketing tactics can provide a constant stream of active and passive job candidates. In addition:
Utilize consultative sales methods to sell 10millionjobs.com memberships over the phone.
Gain access to decision makers and engage with them to demonstrate how 10millionjobs.com can augment their staffing needs.
Grow client base: Prospect, qualify, solidify relationships, overcome objections and close new accounts; maintain existing accounts.
Schedule and conduct web-based presentations to demonstrate products
Generate revenue, and exceed attainable monthly quotas.
Develop loyal and long-lasting client relationships through personal attention and follow-up
Understand current trends within the online recruitment industry, and inform clients why 10millionjobs.com needs to be their search engine marketing partner!
Job Requirements:
The drive to exceed expectations and outperform your peers
Fearless! Must not be intimidated by developing a territory—including research, lead generation and cold calling
Must be aggressive and able to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals
Bachelor’s degree desired
PC literacy is necessary including MS Office and Outlook
