Job Description:
The CPFR Project Manager has responsibility for the planning, development, implementation, management and CPFR implementation projects (i.e. SCM, CPFR, VMI). These projects will primarily be focused on the supply chain management process. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for all technical and business issues and questions related to project activity. Collaboration and cooperation with all Departments and Customers is essential to ensure project are completed successfully and meeting our customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
· Overall project management responsibility for assigned projects to include implementation and execution of work against plan, insuring reports, deliverables and other special project requirements are completed on time, and resolving technical issues that may arise.
· Establishing and monitoring project schedules; analyzing business needs and prioritizing resource allocation.
· Develop and maintain productive working relationships with management, Customers, team members and other groups.
· Drafting of technical status and final reports as required by project.
· Monitoring monthly / weekly time reports for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to deliverables requirements. Taking necessary actions to make course corrections as needed.
· Organizing and chairing project status meetings, as necessary or per project requirements.
· Providing on-going direction to a diverse, matrixed project team, which may include other Head Quarter Systems staff as well as collaboration partners and personnel.
· Functioning as the interface between technical and business as well as third party system integrator.
Other duties as assigned, included but not limited to support for special projects or programs as required by IT management.
Job Requirements:

· B.S. in Computer Science, or related Degree.
· A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in supply chain management. A solid grasp of supply chain management best practices is required.
· 3 or more years of working expertise with CPFR concept. Understand demand, forecasts and production plans. Working knowledge with Vendor Managed Inventory programs and Collaborative Planning Forecast Replenishment with partners.
· 3 or more years hands on experience managing projects in delivering IT / business process improvements.
· 3 or more years working expertise with SAP, WMS, CPFR, Distribution Management, Logistics Optimization, Inventory Planning, and Optimization or Demand Planning.
· Demonstrated experience leading complex multi-functional technical implementations.
· Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
· Flexible and adaptable to completing projects.
· Ability to work with minimum supervision.
· Capable of leading and directing the work of others.
· Ability to work with a team.
· Highly dependable with a strong work ethic.
· Possible willingness to travel up to 50%???
