Human Resources Manager (Illinois)
Duration: Direct-hire
Pay: $80-95K plus benefits and paid relocation
Hours: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business-related discipline required; MBA or Master’s in HR Mgmt preferred
Description: Worldwide manufacturer in the technology industry is currently conducting interviews for the high-level role of Human Resources Manager to work in their Illinois location. Will manage all division recruitment and staffing efforts and activities. Will also manage employee relations and direct dispute resolution and discipline as needed.
Additional responsibilities:
1.) Coordinate benefits administration
2.) Conduct salary / wage reviews and analysis
3.) Design, implement and administer compliance and safety programs
4.) Create and monitor annual departmental budget
5.) Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Requirements include:
1.) Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business-related discipline required; MBA or Master’s in HR Mgmt preferred; SPHR a plus
2.) Minimum 10 years HR Generalist experience, with at least 5 years working at a Senior Management level
3.) Prior HR and recruiting experience specifically in the manufacturing industry is necessary
4.) Experienced, high-energy professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple HR teams both international and domestic
