Senior Financial Auditor

Conduct financial and operational audits throughout company’s Domestic/International locations and formulate recommendations for improvement in operating performance and controls. The 18-36 month program is designed to provide access to a two-track future within out organization. One track exposes auditors to our Company’s wide-ranging operations before moving into a non-audit accounting, finance or information technology position within one of our operating units. The second track further develops audit/management skills before move into a supervisory or managerial role within the audit department. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.
Job Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree in accounting, with CPA or CIA strongly preferred. One to four years of audit work experience obtained with a major CPA firm as a member of the financial audit staff, or other relevant audit, accounting, or information technology experience required. May consider candidates that meet educational requirements without minimum level of professional experience. Manufacturing and/or International business experience desirable. Strong interpersonal/communication skills required. MBA or foreign language a plus. Position requires 25% to 40% travel to US and International locations (tailored to individual auditor based upon desired travel profile and current team composition).
