Barron Systems Group is a preferred vendor supplier on retainer with a FORTUNE 500 Global Solutions provider who is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Benefits Consultant, as a Full-time, permanent employee. This career opportunity will required to travel 50% plus, which will not require relocation. Position Details

Our client is seeking an experienced and savvy PeopleSoft Benefits Consultant. The chosen candidate for this position will be responsible for the support of PeopleSoft Benefits Administration v.8+ application. The chosen candidate for this position will act functionally as a Team Leader or Lead Consultant along with PeopleSoft HR, North American Payroll, Time and Labor, and/or eBenefits.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience. 5 years of hands-on experience managing PeopleSoft Benefits Administration application. 3 full full lifecycle (6+ months) implementations of PeopleSoft HCM v8.8 and 8.9 application. Qualified candidates must have most recently worked in the capacity of PeopleSoft Functional Consultant. Projects managed should have been completed clients with 10,000 or more employees. PS Benefits Administration of v8.8 and 8.9 application functionality, PS online, batch, reporting, data structures, and workflow, functionality and integration of medium to large client interaction & process consulting experience is required. You must be able to define requirements for Benefits business processes and develop project estimates for Benefits implementation projects. Experience in process re-design, application configuration,design, data conversion, testing, training, and cutover activities are essential skills in this role.
