Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator
Duration: Direct Hire
Pay: $70K range or negotiable DOE
Hours: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (environmental emphasis preferred)

Responsibilities:
1.) Develop, implement and maintain environmental operating permits (air permits, waste mgmt, etc.) and HSE programs/processes while effectively advising Operations on relevant HSE issues
2.) Perform HSE audits while managing East TX/Unconventional Operations and stormwater issues
3.) Follow up with state agencies regarding spill reports, lab results and write-ups
4.) Coordinate wetland and T&E delineations for East TX/Unconventional Operations
5.) Travel to field locations to provide HSE support as needed
Requirements:
1.) Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (environmental emphasis preferred)
2.) Minimum 5-7 years of relevant Environmental Health and Safety coordination experience specifically in the oil and gas industry
3.) Familiarity with EPA and OSHA regulations plus professional certifications such as CSP, REM or CHMM
4.) Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
5.) Proactive team player with great communication skills
Oil and gas industry experience required!
