Payroll Manager
Duration: Direct-hire
Pay: $80-105K DOE
Hours: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related

Duties:
1.) Processing of payroll for schedules that run weekly for some employees and twice a month for the remaining
2.) Interfacing between time entry system with payroll
3.) Recording of all payroll accounting activity in the general ledger
4.) Completing of various payroll reports and performing special payroll-related projects as needed
This position will entail the direct management of 1 internal employee in Houston and the indirect supervision of multiple groups located at branches across state lines.
Requirements include:
1.) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related
2.) Minimum 10-plus years experience as a Payroll Manager for a large workforce
3.) Previous ADP experience is preferred
4.) Highly professional, analytical individual with excellent organizational and project management skills
