Maximo Analyst
Duration: Direct-hire
Pay: $50-60K or negotiable DOE
Hours: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computers or related preferred; relevant computer / hardware / software certifications a plus
Description: Thriving corporation in Arkansas is currently conducting interviews for the career position of Maximo Analyst. This position involves a combination of training, product support and helpdesk duties with the ultimate goal being to assist company employees with isolating and resolving computer software problems.

Duties include:
1.) Research and resolve operational, system and data-related issues
2.) Assist and educate users with Maximo through formal one-on-one and group training sessions
3.) Assist programmers with Maximo system testing, updates, modifications and general troubleshooting
Requirements:
1.) Bachelor’s degree in Computers or related preferred; relevant computer / hardware / software certifications a plus
2.) Minimum 2 years experience in computer product support, training and testing (including experience investigating and resolving data/functionality issues and initiating software upgrades and modifications)
3.) Professional demeanor with superior analytical problem-solving, communication and customer service skills
4.) Previous experience with Maximo strongly preferred; proficiency with ERP, EAM or related also preferred
