Maintenance Manager
Duration: Direct-hire
Pay: $90-120K plus bonus
Hours: Full-time
Educational Requirements: BSME required; Master’s degree preferred
Description: Multi-billion dollar corporation is currently conducting interviews for the position of Maintenance Manager. Will manage large department consisting of skilled workers, supervisors and maintenance superintendents. Requirements include:
1.) BSME required; Master’s degree preferred
2.) 10-15 year’s heavy maintenance management experience specifically in a poultry processing plant
3.) Skills in preventative maintenance, budgeting, and cost containment
4.) General mechanical knowledge plus strong interpersonal skills with proven departmental organizational/turnaround capabilities
