We are looking for someone with electro-mechanical experience that we can train on our equipment.
Summary: Under general direction, the Electro-mechanical maintenance technician assures the optimal & safe operation of all production equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Conduct daily reviews of all facility operations equipment, safety & cleanliness. Document results. • Responsible for the scheduling & executing of preventative maintenance for production & facility equipment including electrical/ mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting. • Will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all electrical, pneumatic hydraulic and mechanical systems on all production equipment. Helping develop and write SOPs for maintenance, facilities safety & security. • Responsible to maintain documentation records of equipment maintenance. • Oversee contractors for facilities maintenance & renovations entailing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical & production floor arrangement, etc. • Aid in the management of facility landscape, snow removal & cleaning services. Qualification Requirements: Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2-3 years electro-mechanical experience on high-speed production equipment. Must be familiar with A/C/DC motor controls.
