This important position will be responsible for leading a diverse workforce in a high technology environment. Requirements include:
1.) Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree may suffice depending on experience
2.) Minimum 7-10 years previous experience supervising an hourly workforce in a high tech environment
3.) Understanding of ISO, QA, Lean processes, and total quality with experience managing budgets and controlling cost
4.) Excellent leadership and communication skills
Previous fiberglass experience preferred. Candidate must be willing to work nights and 12 hour shifts.
