Job Description:
Multi billion dollar international health-care products company is looking for a key individual to bridge the controller's group with ongoing SAP/Hyperion systems implimentation projects throughout the company.
Our strategic initiative is to further evolve and invest in our SAP and Hyperion tools to further automate our accounting transaction, planning and reporting practices. The outcome will be increased speed, simplicity and improved management reporting at a lower level of finance resources input. This freed up capacity will be a primary source of our objective to increase our Business Support involvement / mix.
Evolution of Financial Reporting and Planning Systems supports business, improves visibility and understanding of results / objectives and provides better ability to make timely decisions / corrections.
Greater efficiency and automation of processes and controls will support finance in achieving costs as a percentage of net sales targets and providing a higher percentage of Business Support versus Control capabilities.
Projected investments include:
–Evolution of SAP BW Strategy
–Configuration of Additional SAP Automated Controls
–Purchase and Implementation of SAP GRC (former Virsa tool)
–Migration to Hyperion System 9
–Purchase and Implementation of Hyperion Planning
–Purchase and Implementation of Business Intelligence Tools
–Purchase and Implementation of a Tax Reporting Tool
–Hyperion HFM evolution
–Hyperion Planning implementation
–Hyperion System 9 migration
–SAP Implementations and Enhancements
–Manage financial aspects of upcoming go-lives (primary Mayne integration related)
–Transactional processes best practices and efficiency implementation
–Maintain and resolve issues list
–Assist Global SAP Manufacturing Project
–SAP BW evolution
–Business Intelligence Management Reporting implementation
–Tax Stream implementation (tax reporting tool)
Job Requirements:
10+ years of Corporate ERP systems implementation or consulting experience with solid knowledge of accounting. CPA, SAP/Hyperion certified is big plus 150k base + 20% bonus
