Job Description:
Establishing and maintaining relationships with Commercial Realtors, Commercial Builders, Developers, Business owners as well as local Church leaders to offer commercial mortgages, refinancing, expansion programs & Cash flow programs.
You will gather all required information from your customers and send the package into the office, maintain contact with your customer to keep them informed of the loan progress, we handle the loan process, closing and funding of the project.
You will have full access to our complete line of finance programs to offer to a wide variety of clients, which will help increase your income potential.
This is an independent representative position, offering commission only. For those that produce, 50% of the profit will provide real earning potential. Your earning potential is up to you, if you produce you can easily earn a six figure income. Health benefits are negotiable after 90 days of proven performance.
