In this role, you will provide financial and planning leadership for our Corporate Staff departments, including our Finance, HR, Legal, and Strategy/Marketing organizations. We’ll look to you to provide timely and accurate financial information to Staff executive leaders and leverage opportunities to improve performance in these organizations. For these groups, your team will manage internal controls, processes, and systems to safeguard company assets and ensure fiscal integrity. It will be your job to proactively promote best practices; facilitate process improvements; and ensure that department decisions and activities are undertaken only after the financial impact is considered.
Job Requirements:
To qualify, you’ll need a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (CPA or MBA a plus) coupled with 10+ years of broad finance experience. Knowledge of and experience with staff productivity performance metrics and GAAP accounting is essential. Prior experience as a finance manager performing budgeting and reporting services is strongly desired. We seek a strong communicator who has cultivated successful relationships with executive management, effectively managed an efficient and flexible shared service team and collaborated well with peers and clients, both within and outside of Finance. Strong planning and project management skills are critical to meet the service demands of this diverse client group. Experience with Hyperion systems (HFM and Essbase) and SAP enterprise software is a plus.
