Maintenance Supervisor
Duration: Direct Hire
Pay: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: Full-time
Educational Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent
Description: Outstanding supervisory opportunity with a top-notch company in central Arkansas! Our client is currently conducting interviews with experienced individuals for the role of Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
1.) Will be involved in all aspects of hiring and training employees performing mechanical and technical trade duties relating to the operation and maintenance of distribution systems.
2.) Will keep records in regards to gathering systems
3.) Perform administrative field duties and manage records to ensure compliance with federal rules and regulations

Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
1.) Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
2.) Excellent organizational and communication skills with an ability to interact with individuals on various company levels
3.) At least 5-7 years of relevant, related experience; plus Caterpillar engine and Ariel compressor knowledge
4.) Experience in the natural gas industry encouraged
