POSITION DETAILS
The Enterprise Content Management Software IT Architect will provide technical support for the ECM Plains sales team. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of ECM offerings, strategies and competitive and industry knowledge. Typical activities include: articulation of the benefits of the solutions, delivery of product/solution presentations and demonstrations, coordination/delivery of PoCs, answering customers' questions, countering customers concerns, building solution designs based on customers’ requirements, preparation of technical responses to proposals, and differentiation of offerings from the competition.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or a combination of education and professional experience.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are essential in this role.
Previous experience providing technical leadership within a team environment is required.
Comprehensive knowledge of ECM solutions; MS windows, Linux, and/or UNIX skills;
Flexibility to work and travel in a technical sales role,as 50% plus travel is required for this role.
Strong written and verbal communications skills;
Knowledge/skills in related products (app servers, DB and ECM offerings).
Extensive hands-on FileNet ECM product design and implementation skills
Our client would prefer candidates from within the Distribution industry.
