Job Description:
Client will offer relocation if needed.
Deep functional understanding of Investment banking, wealth management, treasury management (payments) or retail banking operations environments.
Visionary outlook on changing and challenging the way things are done within financial services organizations
Strong understanding of business analysis/systems analysis methodologies such as UML
Capable of a process orientated approach to analysing business process problems
Background in process optimization techniques (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, etc)
Understands the capabilities of the different technologies involved in BP&CM implementations (e.g. BPM, BAM, BI, Content Management, Rules Engines, Forms Management Suites)
Understanding of evolving process modelling standards such as BPMN and BPEL
Capable of developing business cases for transformational change (up to multi 100 m USD benefit and cost profiles)
At least 10 - 15 years as a business analyst/systems analyst
At least 3 - 5 years specifically using BPM or workflow technologies
At least 5 – 10 years in a formalised consulting environment
Job Requirements:
