Job Description:
Established and rapidly growing central Arkansas corporation is currently conducting interviews for a Tax Analyst. Candidate will work directly under the Tax Manager. This would be an excellent career move as business is booming for this company and they have a history of actively promoting from within. They offer comprehensive health coverage, 401k and more!
Duties include:
1.) Reconcile GL tax accounts, prepare journal entries and review fixed asset coding
2.) Prepare quarterly and annual income, sales and property tax returns for multiple entities while also coordinating payments
3.) Support the preparation of 1099's, W-2's and various transmissions to the SSA by the appropriate deadlines
4.) Support the Tax Manager on various projects as needed
Requirements include:
1.) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2.) 2-3 years of corporate accounting and GL experience
3.) Great computer skills with experience utilizing Word, Outlook and Excel
4.) General knowledge of tax principles with tax reporting software experience
