Position Description:
In order to be successful in this role, the Sr. Manager must be able to manage project execution, manage client relationships, and sell projects.
Job Requirements:
Duties include:
• Supervising and managing online market research studies
• Managing pharmaceutical client relationships and accounts
• Developing pharmaceutical marketing leads
• Presenting the company’s capabilities to prospective clients
• Writing proposals and closing project sales
Ideal Candidate: • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience (e.g., pharmaceutical market research consulting, major pharmaceutical company, or other pharmaceutical consulting position) • Minimum of 3 years quantitative pharmaceutical market research experience (e.g., pharmaceutical market research consulting position or market research position with a pharmaceutical company) • Ability to manage and execute market research projects (e.g., market research methodology selection, study design, questionnaire development, data analysis, statistical analysis, and final report creation) • Excellent presentation, project management, and relationship management skills • Proven track record in sales to pharmaceutical executives • Established contacts with pharmaceutical marketers and market research personnel • Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimum guidance • Ability to exercise judgment and work in a fast paced environment • Consider yourself a team player and effective communicator • Eligible to work in the US • MBA. or Master’s degree related to market research a plus This is an opportunity to work in a fast growing, early stage pharmaceutical online market research consulting company and assume greater responsibility.
