Requirements include:
1.) Bachelor’s degree plus at least 10 years experience as a Quality Manager specifically in food operations (experience in chicken or meat processing will not suffice)
2.) Strong knowledge of FDA requirements, sanitation, ISO, lean processes, etc.
3.) Excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of success
Local candidates preferred, but company may relocate right individual.
