Duration: Direct Hire
Pay: $40-50K
Hours: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related
Description: Progressive, national company is currently conducting interviews for the position of Financial Services Manager to work in their Little Rock headquarters. This is a high-level position responsible for the hands-on management of a large team of Payroll Coordinators and Financial Customer Service employees. Candidate will oversee the weekly and monthly pay/bill process to ensure that field employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner. Ideal candidate will be a dynamic management professional with exceptionally strong people skills who is adept at leading and motivating a diverse team of employees.
This is an established company with a history of promoting from within. Benefits package available. Salary is $40-50K, DOE.

1.) Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related
2.) At least five years of direct supervisory experience, preferably of five individuals or more, in relation to financial, transactional or accounting-related processes
3.) Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a diverse workforce
3.) Working knowledge of the general accounting and/or financial-related processes; background in accounting-related and payroll highly desirable
4.) Assertive self-starter with computer skills in programs such as Word and Excel
