Director of Finance
Duration: Direct-hire
Pay: $70-75K plus benefits and bonus
Hours: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required
Description: High-profile central Arkansas company is currently conducting interviews for the position of Director of Finance. Candidate will report directly to the CFO and will oversee accounting functions including payroll, G/L, A/R, A/P and all financial reporting. Will also directly supervise the Finance team.

Additional duties:
1.) Preparation and/or management of: annual budgets, monthly financial statement packages, quarterly and annual regulatory filings, and G/L account reconciliation
2.) Recording and posting of investment activities
3.) Monthly statement analysis and corrections
4.) Specialized reports
Requirements:
1.) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required
2.) Minimum 5 years previous experience in business accounting with at least 3-5 years in a management role
3.) Proficiency in Excel and various computer accounting software; plus a strong comprehension of statutory accounting
