SAP Experience Minimum of 6 years hands on working experience with the SAP product module below and active participation in 3 - 4 full life cycle implementations.

Relevant Work Experience Minimum of 12 years overall consulting or business experience with an ability to leverage business process skills in an SAP environment. Additional 3 years of work experience can be substituted for lack of a degree

Duties and Responsibilities (including all essential job functions)

Our seasoned SAP professionals are part of a diverse team which is responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that combine business processes with technology to help our government clients achieve the highest levels of performance.

Principal SAP consultants play a leadership role on the project and are involved in all phases of a life cycle implementation, including blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, configuration, testing, go-live, user training and post production support. In addition they will be responsible to deliver a complex and comprehensive business solution. Lead other project consultants in setups, life cycle activities and ensure integration best practices are followed. Consultants define strategy, review deliverables for quality assurance purposes justify the business case, develop implementation plans, track progress against plans, provide expert functional and SAP recommendations to the team and the client, keep client informed and understanding the process.

Critical Knowledge Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 years working in a SAP environment as a consultant or have played a key leadership role and SME on a project implementation team. In addition, the candidate must have actively worked on a minimum of 3-4 full life cycle implementations and have the ability to function as a solution architect, product expert or SME with depth and breath of various SAP modules ,sub modules, Interfaces, and a solid understanding of both functional and technical aspects and solid grasp of SAP methodology. Demonstrable experiences interacting and maintaining solid relationships with Executive and Senior Client Management. The individual should also be capable of leading medium to large sized teams of up to 20 + resources and able to deliver solutions with minimal guidance from project managers.

Must have: SAP Core Experience with the following modules:  PP-SOP. Sales and operations planning  PP-MRP. Material requirements planning  PP-MP. Master planning  PP-BD. Basic data Must be able to demonstrate understanding of business process integration with the following modules:  SD. Sales and distribution  MM-PUR. Purchasing The following SAP Experience will be considered helpful, but not required:  LO-MD. Logistics basic data  LO-BM. Batch management  LO-ECH. Engineering change management  LO-SCI. Supply chain planning interface  LO-PLM. Product lifecycle management

SAP R/3 certification in Release 4.6C or later is a plus.

Organizational Considerations for Good Job Fit • Full-time onsite at project location in Marlton, NJ • Willingness to travel to client location as required to conduct training / support
