As a Senior Manager of Organization Development, you will support the development and execution of global OD strategies with a focus on employee engagement initiatives related to The Levi Strauss & Co. Way. We'll look to you to provide OD thought leadership to build and integrate HR/OD tools, systems, and processes that support LS&CO. in achieving it’s strategic business objectives. You'll provide thought leadership and build our collective HR capability to mine employee insights to strengthen and inform global HR practices. You will be involved in program management of key OD initiatives that drive a culture of sustained profitable growth across the company globally.
You'll also act as the practice lead for our Global Employee Survey. You will be the key global resource to lead, in collaboration with regional HR, the full survey lifecycle from design, execution, and rollout to leading the company’s approach to survey action planning.
You will consult to the Sr. Director of OD, SVP-HR, to inform the CEO and his leadership team on how to better enable the realization of strategic business plans through our people by taking action on employee insights.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team of corporate OD professionals as an internal consultant to our senior business and HR leaders.
To qualify, you'll need a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. A MBA, Master's or Ph.D. in I/O psychology is also desired, coupled with a minimum of 5-7 years proven experience in consulting or a corporate setting. Consumer products, retail, or apparel company experience desired. Experience as an HR Generalist, internal OD consultant, and/or line experience is also desired.
We seek an experienced candidate with a proven track record of thought leadership coupled with delivering effective, execution-ready organization development solutions. We are looking for a Senior Manager who can identify and translate sound industry best practices into pragmatic global OD solutions for LS&CO.
Job Requirements:
The right candidate will be a problem solver with a high level of drive, demonstrated ability to plan and execute, and will have an ability to collaborate effectively with a global HR function and business clients. Cross-cultural experience desired.
Exceptional project management, analytical and communication skills are essential, along with a collaborative, team oriented mindset. Ability to travel internationally as 5-10% of the role is required.
