Claims Supervisor
Duration: Direct Hire or temp-to-hire
Pay: Commensurate with experience
Hours: Full-time
Educational Requirements: High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related preferred
Description: Large, successful Little Rock company has an immediate opening for the role of Claims Supervisor. Will provide daily supervision, leadership and guidance to the Claims Department employees. Responsibilities:
1.) Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely processing of all claims
2.) Participate in both the scheduling of existing staff and the hiring process of additional employees as needed
3.) Communicate with employees, customers and sales staff in order to resolve challenges that may periodically arise
4.) Coordinate and implement departmental policies and procedures
5.) Interact with technical staff to analyze and resolve claims-related system issues
Job Requirements:

1.) High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related preferred 2.) At least 5 years experience in insurance claims or related 3.) 2-5 years in a supervisory or management role 4.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear understanding of the claims process 5.) LOMA 1,2 and LOMA Claim Specialty or related ICA courses a big plus
