Job Requirements:
The following services and deliverables shall be provided:
Provide support to the rollout of the the new SAP BW Cost reporting, including providing training and coaching on the new functionality, directly to Finance Focal points and line budget holders.
· Address Data management and data cleanup issues that arise through the roll-out of the new BW Cost reportings to budget holders
· Analyse reported gaps in the new BW reporting solution and propose changes to the SAP business warehouse team. Monitor the progress of delivering these requirements and manage the rollout of delivered changes to the user community.
· Analyse problems reported by the user community with the BW solution. Liase with Client SAP functional team to ensure a speedy resolution and rollout solution to end-users.
Successful execution of the above scope will require liaison with key players in the organisation to ensure that end user requirements are fully understood and also that best use is made of systems available to support those requirements. Key players would typically be Budget Holders & Representatives, Finance Business Manager’s Team incl. Finance Focal Points, SAP & Business Warehouse Team.
Key Personnel Attributes
Key personnel supplied under this classification shall have the following attributes:
· Hold a university degree.
· A minimum of 3 years experience in the respective SAP modules & process areas.
· SAP certified consultant in SAP controlling module and/or SAP Business Warehouse.
· .A working knowledge of supporting SAP modules and Business Warehouse reporting would be a distinct advantage.
· Knowledge of respective oil and gas business processes, procedures and requirements would be an advantage
