Job Description:
SAP BW Manager / Architect. Dallas, Texas, USA. SAP BW 3.5 Business Warehouse, BI, Business Intelligence. Major organization based close to Dallas, Texas looking for a Senior SAP BW Manager / Architect. The role requires management of a SAP BW team and Global solution. Tasks include making complex SAP BW 3.5 solutions by utilizing sound development practices such as structured design, reusability, referential data concepts, and ability to scale. Develops technical specifications as described in functional documentation. Mentors the technical skills of BW developers. Function as team lead for various projects or initiatives. Reviews the BW development at a macro level to anticipate performance or capacity problems and recommend activities to circumvent potential issues. Participate in design reviews of more junior developers to ensure they are in concert with our global template and will be extendable, supportable, and scalable. Review specifications with other developers to ensure correct understanding of function and delivery timescales. Under minimal supervision, utilize sound coding techniques to enhance performance, stability, reuse, and ease of support. This role is paying a high salary and can lead to other senior management / director positions in the future. This is a permanent position and the salary is negotiable.
