Position: Plant Maintenance Lead

Job Role Description:
Responsible for Global PM Design for SAP Global template
Work with business units to understand business requirements related to Plant Maintenance processes and incorporate into global template design
Work with SAP deployment teams to provide functional knowledge, resolve design issues and perform functional QA reviews at various stages of the implementations
Support businesses which are in production by resolving functional issues
Manage PM team members and review deliverables
Liaise with Offshore production support teams to resolve functional issues
Job Requirements:
Strong experience in all aspects of PM; knowledge of PS/IM integration required.
Understanding of Capital Budgeting and Asset Management processes required. Strong management skills and experience managing a team of resources required. Experience working in a global template environment with local roll-outs preferred. Experience working with process design and requirements gathering required. Experience in the utilities or energy industries preferred. Spanish language skills an asset.Open to US citizens, permanent residents of the US with working visas, Canadian citizens with TN-1 Visas. no agencies!
