The candidates are expected to have demonstrated capability in the
following areas, as a minimum:
· 5+ years experience managing IT projects
· 10+ years experience business process design and change management
· Extensive experience rolling out large scale training curricula
· Extensive experience with application development methodology
· Extensive experience with Energy utility business processes,
particularly with focus on Transmission and Distribution Operating
· Familiarity with NERC Cyber Security requirements
· Ability to problem solve
· Ability to liaise effectively with both Business and IT stakeholders
· PMI certification is an asset
