Job Description:
Due to continued growth, the Geoscience Group of our Saskatoon Office has an opening for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer. The successful candidate will: • Provide technical leadership in geotechnical projects and tasks, including the development and implementation of geotechnical field and laboratory programs. • Participate with other Golder staff in client development. • Coordinate with other professional and technical staff. • Prepare proposals and design work packages in response to client needs. • Manage projects according to client-approved scopes of work, and deliver high quality reports on time and within budget.

Job Requirements:
• Masters degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering. • A minimum of 8 - 10 years experience (post-degree) working in a consulting engineering environment at an intermediate to senior project management level. • Experience in the application of geotechnical engineering to problem solving. • Mining experience. • Strong technical writing skills. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Must be eligible to register as a professional engineer in the Province of Saskatchewan. • Strong interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills are essential.
