Job Description:
Golder Associates Ltd. is currently recruiting for a professional administrator who can provide a high level of service to the Environmental Services Group. The candidate will be assisting the division manager as well as the various group managers within Environmental Services. He/She will be required to provide exceptional word-processing skills, excel spreadsheet and organizational skills. Responsibilities: • Providing accurate and timely word processing: reports, letters, memos, labels, charts, forms, etc. • Performing a variety of formatting/typing/editing skills, ensuring your work is “flawless” • Perform Project and General Group Filing • Co-ordination of Meetings; Prepare materials, invitations & board room bookings (Outlook), ordering of food/drinks • Co-ordination of travel arrangements through Golder Associates’ travel agent • General Administration duties as required

Job Requirements:
• 4 - 8 years of recent administrative experience • Excellent Microsoft application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), • Intermediate to advanced word-processing skills; formatting reports, proposals, letters and presentations • Identify administrative solutions to streamline work for the Group and Division Manager • Strong verbal communication and writing skills • Provide a high level of “service” to the team • Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work • Ability to multi-task on a variety of projects • Excellent organizational skills • Team focused with the ability to work independently on specific tasks • Proven work-ethic
