Job Description:
Golder Associates is seeking to fill a maternity leave position. The successful candidate will provide word processing and administrative assistance services within the Saskatoon office. The incumbent will be a team player who is extremely organized and can deal with the pressures and deadlines of the consulting business. The individual will be detail orientated, have the ability to multitask and be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. The candidate will be responsible for the following duties.
Efficient, accurate and timely word processing for reports, letters, charts, forms, etc.
Formatting documents, typing edits, following through on document completion procedures and courier packages.
Organizing and maintaining centralized filing system.
Creating CD-ROM backup for original reports.
General Administration duties as required.
Job Requirements:
The candidate must have the following proven qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in a related position
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Positive work ethic.
Confident in asking questions.
Ability to understand written and oral instructions.
Good verbal communication, listening and writing skills are essential.
Must possess excellent Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and strong word processing skills).
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Perform well under pressure.
