This Esteemed Consulting Company Has Provided More Site Surveys Than Any Other Firm In Canada Including, Restoring Commercial, Retail, Residential, Industrial, Satellites And Parking Facilities. We Are Looking For A Structural Or Civil Engineer Or CEP With Excellent Written Communication Skills And Experience In Analyzing Buildings, Parking Structures, Digital Satellites And Antenna’s, Walls, Shearwalls, Asphalt, Bricks, Lobbies, Elevators, Masonry, Waterproofing, Sealants, And Balconies Via Swing Stage If Necessary. Upon Analysis You Will Be Required To Prepare Written Restoration Reports, Including Budgets. You Will Work With The Architects To Modify And Restore The Structure. You Must Have The Ability To Manage A Project From The Analysis Stage To Providing Written Reports And Presenting To The Client. This Includes Prepare Restoration Budgets, Working Within The Budget, Securing Appropriate Building Permits, Tendering Contractor Bids, Procuring Suppliers And Contractors As Well As Working With Draftsmen And Architects. You Have The Ability To Share Your Restoration Vision With Peers As Well As Clients.
Job Requirements:
The Successful Candidate Will Have Their Own Vehicle And Computer Equipment. You Must Have Experience In This Field Or Performing Related Functions. Must Have Between 3 And 8 Years Hand On Experience. Design Software And MS Project Is Not Necessary But Would Be Considered An Asset.
