Job Description:
Client will offer relocation if needed
§ Deep functional understanding of Investment banking, wealth management, treasury management (payments) or retail banking operations environments
§ Visionary outlook on changing and challenging the way things are done within financial services organizations
§ Strong understanding of business analysis/systems analysis methodologies such as UML
§ Capable of a process orientated approach to analysing business process problems
§ Background in process optimization techniques (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, etc)
§ Understands the capabilities of the different technologies involved in BP&CM implementations (e.g. BPM, BAM, BI, Content Management, Rules Engines, Forms Management Suites)
§ Understanding of evolving process modelling standards such as BPMN and BPEL
§ Capable of developing business cases for transformational change (up to multi 100 m USD benefit and cost profiles)
§ At least 10 - 15 years as a business analyst/systems analyst
§ At least 3 - 5 years specifically using BPM or workflow technologies
§ At least 5 – 10 years in a formalised consulting environment
