Job Description:
Good functional understanding of Investment banking, wealth management or retail banking operations environments
Strong understanding of business analysis/systems analysis methodologies such as UML
Detailed experience of tools and the processes involved in business requirements gathering; use case development, process modelling, business requirements documents and tools such as Rational, Proactivity, etc
Capable of a process orientated approach to analysing business process problems
Understanding of evolving process modelling standards such as BPMN and BPEL
Background in process optimization techniques (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, etc)
Understands the how to leverage the different technologies involved in BP&CM implementations (e.g. BPM, BAM, BI, Content Management, Rules Engines, Forms Management Suites)
Job Requirements:
§ At least 5 - 10 years as a business analyst/systems analyst
§ At least 1 - 3 years specifically using BPM or workflow technologies
§ At least 3 – 5 years in a formalised consulting environment
