Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for architecture, implementation, and support of key enterprise systems. In addition, the individual may also plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities as required to ensure streamlined operation of the enterprise systems they are responsible for. This include, but is not limited to collaboration with other systems administrators, administrative staff, regional mangers and the Business to ensure that the technical solutions are meeting the objectives of the local offices, national and global IT teams duties will include, but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
• Exploitation and support of the national Systems Center Configuration Manager 2007 infrastructure;
• Administration of Microsoft Active Directory Group Policy Objects;
• Implementation and support of PC/Server deployment process using SCCM 2007; and
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
• A College Diploma or University Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent;
• SCCM or SMS certification and relevant hands-on experience;
• 4-5 years hands-on intermediate level systems administration experience supporting a medium-large company;
• A proven solid understanding of multiple scripting technologies, one of which should be VBScript;
• Familiarity with automated Operating System installation;
• Good working knowledge of MS SQL Server, versions 2000 & 2005;
• Exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills;
• Analytical and problem solving abilities with keen attention to detail;
• Strong client service orientation;
• Commitment to team work;
• Ability to work both unsupervised or as part of a team; and
• After hours availability as required.
