Investments Officer
Our client; a Corporate Finance Company is currently looking for a motivated individual with experience in finance and investments. If you have 3-5 years experience as a personal banker, investment advisor or have:
• RSP / RRIF fund experience
• opening accounts
• verifying accuracy of forms received
• transferring funds on behalf of clients
• monitoring accounts
• arranging purchases for clients
• ensuring share certificates issued properly
• generating payments to clients are the main components of this role
This position is very deadline oriented and requires meticulous attention to detail. Verbal and written communication with clients in a clear and concise professional manner is essential. Other administrative duties will be assigned. The successful candidate must be detailed oriented, have a proven ability to learn new tasks, professional customer service abilities and be able to multi-task and prioritize duties. Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills are essential.
Minimum Requirements:
• Some college or secondary education preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years computer experience (Using Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Windows based programs)
• Ability to learn, continuous learning
• Critical thinking
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
