Job Requirements:
Specific Accountabilities are:
Identifying potential executives that not only meet our client's recruitment needs, but also support their corporate culture;
Presenting new career opportunities, gathering career information while developing relationships;
Managing searches in a professional organized and timely manner;
Effectively communicating with both Client and Candidates on the search process;
Working with the team and Co-Managing Partner to ensure all areas of the search practice are attended to;
Excellent interviewing skills and consulting experience in working with Management/Executive candidates a must;
Degree is essential in this role � with preference given to candidate that holds a professional designation and recruitment experience.
