Job Description:
As part of the Private Client Advisory group, you will work amongst a team whose major focus is advising our thriving Private Clients. You will play a key role in coordinating resources, to provide excellent consultative solutions to our clients for Succession Planning, Estate and Trust Planning, Income Tax Planning for Individual and Private Companies, Corporate Reorganizations, and Compensation Planning.
We also service a broad range of industries, including mergers & acquisitions, real estate, financial institutions, technology and services among others.
You'll be part of a team delivering a full range of integrated solutions to a wide range of clients with a significant focus on our strong and thriving private clients. As a Manager, you will play a key role coordinating teams to provide excellent consultative solutions to our clients. Key to your success will be building and maintaining client relationships and developing an understanding of client needs. Additionally, you will identify and develop new opportunities for additional tax services.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
* A professional designation (CA, CMA, CGA or M.Tax)
* Experience of corporate / personal tax
* Understanding personal / corporate taxation of compensation planning
* A minimum of three years experience in a public practice firm
* Strong technical skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven ability to interact with clients and staff of various levels
* Team leadership skills
