2 days : SAPCRM (mySAP CRM Solution Overview)
3 days : CR100 (CRM Customizing Fundamentals)
2 days : CR500 (CRM Middleware)
1 day : UI Technology in mySAP CRM
2 days : Case Study and Review
2 hours certification examination
