Job Description:
Provide support to WM and SD end users within the Asia Pacific region in terms of training, trouble shooting and improvement plan for business processes and reporting.
Update WM related issues reported by users in the issue log, analyze the issues and provide solution.
Escalate issues that cannot be resolved and monitor the status and carry out necessary tests with the users to confirm closure of the issues.
Conduct system training when necessary.
Update system configuration and documentation when there are changes or new requirements in the business process.
Provide functional specifications to be used in creating/ changing WM and SD reports.
Start: ASAP
