Job Description:
· 2-5 years experience with Oracle HRMS Applications modules (Human Resources, US Payroll, Advanced Benefits, Fast Formulas, Workflow, AME, workflow etc.) related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Experience with configuration of Oracle HCM modules.
· Strong skills with all Oracle "ad" tools and utilities for managing Oracle Applications.
· Experience with PL/SQL and database concepts.
· Strong Applications performance tuning and trouble shooting skills.
· Team player who has a customer focus and excels at bringing their professionalism and expertise to the team.
· Ability to initiate a project and follow it through to conclusion.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast paced implementation environment.
· Excellent communication skills.
Job Requirements:
* At least 3 years Experience in Oracle HRMS Consulting experience
* Relevant hands-on experience on Oracle HRMS, with at least 1 full life cycle of implementation
*Should have experience in Design, Implementation, and Support
